Services

What Faber Electric does.

From a single dead outlet to a full panel upgrade, from a kitchen remodel to a 200-amp service on a new build — Faber Electric covers the full range of residential and commercial electrical work.

Residential Wiring

New circuits, outlets and switches, lighting, ceiling fans, EV chargers, and everything in between. Whole-house rewires for older homes.

Commercial Electrical

Tenant build-outs, office remodels, three-phase service, lighting retrofits, and routine maintenance for storefronts and small industrial sites.

New Construction

Ground-up wiring on homes, additions, and small commercial buildings. Tight collaboration with your GC and on-site every milestone.

Remodels & Additions

Kitchen and bath rewiring, basement finishes, room additions. Brought up to current code without tearing apart what doesn’t need it.

Service Upgrades

Old 60- or 100-amp service struggling to keep up with the modern house? Clean upgrade to 200 amps, panel swap, and new grounding.

Repairs & Troubleshooting

Tripping breakers, flickering lights, dead circuits. We chase the actual cause — not just the symptom — and document what we found.

Inspections & Estimates

Buying or selling a home? We’ll walk the property and give you an honest write-up of what’s safe, what isn’t, and what it’ll take to fix.

Agricultural & Outbuilding

Pole barns, machine sheds, well pumps, livestock waterers. Rural Wisconsin work calls for rural Wisconsin experience.

How we work

The unfashionable values.

Show up when you said you would. Quote what the job costs. Do the work clean. Stand behind it after. That’s the whole pitch.

  • 01

    Honest estimates

Walk-throughs are free. Quotes are written, itemized, and final unless the scope changes — in which case we tell you first.

  • 02

    Clean workmanship

Neat conduit runs, labeled panels, work the next electrician can read. You shouldn’t be embarrassed to open the panel cover.

  • 03

    Code-compliant

Wisconsin permits pulled when required. Inspections coordinated. Sign-off documentation kept on file for your records.

  • 04

    Real warranty

Our work is warrantied. If something we did goes sideways, we come back and make it right — no fine print, no runaround.

In Loving Memory

Robert “Bob” Faber

Founder · Faber Electric

This page exists today because Bob built something worth keeping. For more than thirty years he wired the homes, farms, and shops of central Wisconsin — quietly, carefully, and with the kind of standards that don’t leave room for shortcuts.

He was a craftsman, an employer, a neighbor, and to many of us, a friend. The light he leaves behind is bigger than any one panel he ever wired. Wherever a Faber-installed circuit still hums, something of his work continues.

— Remembered with love by his family, his friends, and the customers who let him into their homes for three decades.

Light a candle in Bob’s memory
